DJ MONOLIT is a family company that has been in the construction business since 1999. The letters “DJ” represent the initials of the senior co-founders while the name Monolith may suggest its current single leadership, strength and quality of our service, or attention to an individual project.

The company specializes in the construction of individual houses on the land that belongs to the Client. For over fifteen years we have been building in, and around, the Three Cities that form the conurbation on the Southern Baltic – Gdansk, Sopot and Gdynia. Occasionally we did undertake projects abroad (most importantly in Sweden) although this is not our prime market. Our customers are mostly the people who wish to settle down in the vicinity of the Three Cities.

What we do? We help with the selection of the architectural project and it’s adaptation to the land.  We assist the client with the administrative process leading to receipt of all suitable permissions and agreements from media providers and local authorities. WE BUILD HOUSES – from the ground to the roof. We do the interiors as well and assist with preparation of the internal design. In short – from the pdf design to the door key – we do it all. Our customers usually decide to sign agreements with us that cover the entire process in three separate stages: 1. structure construction, 2. closed structure (roof, windows, cement floors and wall coverings), 3. Interiors (tiles, floors, baths, sinks, painting etc.). Attached to each contract the customer receives the work-financial plan which provides a useful means of (mutual) control.
